Mr. Kalikesh N. Singh Deo

He is an Indian politician from Orissa and a leader of the Biju Janata Dal political party. He hails from the royal family of Bolangir. Currently, he is a member of the 15th Lok Sabha representing Bolangir constituency in Orissa. He was a member of the Public Accounts Committee and Energy Committee.

Mr. Amir A. Dossal

He is the Founder and Chairman of Global Partnerships Forum, an international platform to address economic and social challenges, through innovative partnerships. He is also a Co-Initiator of the Pearl Initiative, a CEO-led program, promoting transparency and accountability in the Gulf Region. In 2010, he was appointed as Commissioner of the Broadband Commission for Digital Development and Special Representative of the Secretary-General of the International Telecommunication Union for Global Partnerships. He works globally across all sectors, including Health, Education, Environment, Peace, Security, and Human Rights.

Hon. Yukio Hatoyama

He is a prolific Japanese politician and the 93rd Prime Minister of Japan. During his premiership,he underline the need to shift Japan’s focus to Asia friendly policy and pioneered Japan’s closer ties with its neighbors including China and India. He is a strong supporter of India-Japan Global Partnership since its inception.

Mr. Koji Hirao

He is the former Vice Chairman of Long Term Credit Bank of Japan and is currently serving as Research Director of Shinkin Central Bank Research Institute. Mr Hirao is also serving as Advisor, MEITI Entrepreneurship Education Board. In addition to a brilliant academic & professional career, he has published many books on international finance, entrepreneurship and regional economy.

Mr. Ajay Vir Jakhar

He is Chairman of Bharat Krishak Samaj, a non-political, non-sectarian association of the agricultural producers & those interested in the promotion of their welfare. Presently as Director, NAFED he is acknowledged as an expert on agriculture and farmer-related welfare issues.

Mr. Prahlad Kakkar

Founder and director of Genesis Film Productions, one of India’s leading production houses, established in 1977. Through the years, corporations like Nestlé, PepsiCo, Brittania, Levers have continued to communicate their brand stories through Prahlad Kakar. Prahlad has ruled the ad film making business and has won several awards for technical excellence, Innovation and creativity in advertising over the years in India. Genesis won both gold and silver awards including campaign of the year for the Pepsi commercials at AAAI in 1996. The public films for Ceat won awards in the New York festival of Advertising. Commercials directed by Prahlad have also been nominated for Lions at Cannes.

Dr. Vivek Lall

Dr. Vivek Lall has held various key positions with his last stint being as CEO and President, Reliance New Ventures Ltd. Reliance Industries Limited. Dr. Lall was heading the Boeing (Defence and Space) operations in India from 2007 till April 2011. Dr. Lall has now joined General Atomics as the global Chief Executive for international Commercial Strategic Development for General Atomics Electromagnetic Systems. He has been also recognized as one of the world’s top scientists of the twentieth century by Cambridge. He also has done his PhD in Aerospace and an MBA from US. He then worked with NASA Ames Research Center where he was part of a project undertaking research work. With a fellowship from NASA, he has done his PhD in aerospace engineering. Dr. Lall is also affiliated with the United Nations in New York to advise on Broadband and Cyber Security issues for unique challenges within the global community and provide services that will help address them.

Mr. Jagat Prakash Nadda

He is a political worker and at present, the National General Secretary with the Bhartiya Janta Party. As a former Cabinet Minister with the Government of Himachal Pradesh, he has also held influential position with the department of Forest, Environment, Science and Technology and Parliamentary Affairs. Mr Nadda holds B.A. (Political Honors) from Patna University and LLB from Himachal University. Apart from various honors and accolades, he is also the winner of Best Parliamentarian Award 1993.

Prof. M. D. Nalapat

He is presently the Director of the School of Geopolitics at Manipal University, India. A gold medalist in Economics from Bombay University, Prof. Nalapat holds the prestigious UNESCO Peace Chair. The former Coordinating Editor of the Times of India, he writes extensively on security issues, policy and international affairs.

Mr. K Roy Paul

He is a well-known economist and author of several books. In conjunction with his role (part time) as Senior Fellow, Wadhwani Foundation, he is also at present a Senior Fellow, at the Center for Policy Research, (Delhi). He was appointed as the Secretary General of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) in May 2011. He has a D.Phil. in Econom¬ics from Oxford University and a Ph.D from Lucknow University. He is also a Member of the Murdoch Commission, established by the Vice Chancellor of the Murdoch University, Australia mandated to recommend measures for Australia’s deeper integration with Asian economies. He is one of India’s leading columnists, writing in major business dailies.

Dr. Ved Prakash

He is currently working as Distinguished Scientist CSIR-INDIA in the Prime area of Food Science, Food Technology, Food Safety, Food and Nutrition Security, Nutritionals and Nutraceuticals and Biotechnology. He got his Ph.D degree from University of Mysore and Post doctoral fellowship at Texas Medical Centre at Houston and Brandeis University, Boston. Dr Prakash was decorated the Prestigious Award of India PADMA SHRI by the Hon’ble President of India in recognition of his outstanding service to the Nation in the field of Science and Engineering.

Dr. P S Rana

He is the former Chairman and Managing Director of the Housing and Urban Development Corporation Ltd. (HUDCO) with an expertise in the field of Urban Transport Management. Dr Rana has over 33 years of experience in research, consultancy, planning and management of multi-modal integrated mass transport systems and urban bus operations.

Yogesh Shukla

Yogesh Shukla is a social activist and a National Executive Member of Swadeshi Jagran Manch, a socio-economic organisation. He is a national co-convener of Intellectual Cell of Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) and is involved in various national development projects as well. He contested Allahabad Loksabha Constituency of Uttar Pradesh as a BJP candidate in 2009. Of the late he has been actively involved in the efforts to highlight the cultural potential of the heritage city of Allahabad and make it an international socio-economic as well as educational hub.

Mr. Sai Narayan Subramanian

He is a global Indian with extensive experience in Strategy and Business Development across the world. He is based in Chicago, USA. Mr Subramanian is in-charge of Global Affairs and leads the Global India Initiative at India Center Foundation. His role includes active participation in the activities of the India Center Foundation including IJGPS and working closely with the Chairman in conceptualizing and executing various strategic initiatives.

Mr. Kan Suzuki

He is a member of the Democratic Party of Japan and a member of the House of Councilors in the national legislature. He joined the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) in 1986. He was elected to the House of Councilors for the first time in 2001.

Mr. Shotaro Yachi

He is a former Special Envoy of Government of Japan and has served at various eminent positions at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He has also served as Vice Foreign Minister under three Prime Ministers- Hon. Junichiro Koizumi, Hon. Shinzo Abe and Hon. Yasuo Fukuda- between January 2005 and January 2008 and as a government representative on diplomacy under Taro Aso.
