‘India-Japan Global Partnership’ is a mutually beneficial partnership. India and Japan will work together by pooling their strengths and expertise to benefit not only the national interests of each other but also that of the rest of the world.
India Center Foundation has been instrumental in proposing and creating working model of this Global Partnership since 1998. It is our firm belief that this robust and resourceful partnership will bring peace, stability and prosperity to Asia and the rest of the world.
‘India-Japan Global Partnership’ was announced in the year 2000, by the then Indian Prime Minister Hon. AtalBihari Vajpayee and the Japanese Prime Minister Hon. Yoshiro Mori, on the latter’s historical visit to India.
With the commonality of our values and broad convergence of our enlightened interests, partnership among India, Japan and Global Partners has the potential to create a ripple effect of positive development not only for Asia but the world as well.
