Mr. Girish Bhagat


He is the Managing Director of India Nivesh Fund Managers Pvt. Ltd. and Vice Chairman of India Nivesh Financial Advisors Pvt. Ltd. with over 30 years of experience in areas of Investment Management, Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Alternate Investments, IT Services and Urban Infrastructure development. Mr Bhagat has held leadership positions in HSBC, HDFC Securities, IIT InvesTrust, Citibank and Unit Trust of India. He also serves as Secretary (India) to The EuroIndia Centre (EIC).

Mr. Arvind H. Rajguru


Mr. Rajguru serves as Chief Executive Officer of International Security Solutions and is responsible for ISS business development and training. He has over thirty years of experience in international security, maritime security and the airline industry. International Security Solutions Inc. (ISS) is a U.S. based corporation focused on assisting clients to identify and mitigate security challenges. He has a degree from CDI, Arlington, VA and PG College Largo. He is trained in Japan in “Japanese swordsmanship”, martial strategy and armed/unarmed combat and has taught thousands of students across the globe.

Dr. Bhaskar Chatterjee


He was Principal Adviser in the Planning Commission where he was deeply involved with a number of micro and macroeconomic measures. He later joined as Secretary, Department of Public Enterprises. He was also the Additional Secretary, Ministry of Rural Development where he was associated with the complete overhaul of the National Rehabilitation and Resettlement Policy of India. Earlier, he functioned as Principal Secretary, Steel and Mines in the State Government of Orissa, where he was part of the core team that negotiated the single biggest Foreign Direct Investment in India with the South Korean Steel Giant, POSCO. He is a widely acclaimed management practitioner, theorist and teacher.

Ms. Payal Chawla


She is the Managing Partner of JusContractus a full service lawfirm based out of New Delhi. She was previously a Partner with HSA Advocates. Ms Chawla began her career with Coca-Cola India as In-house Counsel, where she worked for nine years. Thereafter she served as Head of Legal – South Asia for Reckitt Benckiser. In 2007, she entered private practice in the capacity of a Partner with The Chambers of Law (“TCL”). She is a Rotary Scholar, a Russell Baker Fellow and the recipient of the International House of Chicago Grant. She has an LL.M. from the University of Chicago.

Ms. Rubina Dewan


She is a Communications Strategist with a passion for New Media. She holds a Master’s degree in Multimedia Journalism from the reputed Media School of Bournemouth University. Ms Dewan has worked as a journalist during the tumultuous “People’s War” of Nepal reporting on various political and socio-economic issues such as the Maoist conflict, food security, conservation, environment and development. She has worked as a News Anchor and Producer. She is the founding Chairperson of Media Accountability Foundation (MAF), which aims to promote media literacy and ethics in journalism. She is the Secretary General of India Center Foundation.

Mr. Jay Araki


Mr. Jay Araki is currently the Managing Director of Casa Blanka Consulting Pvt. Ltd. based in Gurgaon, NCR. In the past he has also served as the CEO of Asatsu-DK Fortune Communications Pvt. Ltd.

Mr. Danny Gaekwad


He is a first generation entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience in building diversified businesses across Hospitality, IT and Media. Mr. Gaekwad also serves as a president of MGM Hotels, Pensacola LLC and Indo-American Investment Realty, Inc. and Chief Executive of NDS USA Information Technology & MGM. He is regarded as a distinct professional due to his incredible impact on the Hospitality Sector since 1986. Danny currently lives in Ocala, FL with his wife and two sons.

Mr. Keshava Raju


He is the founder and CEO of the Indian Institute of Hardware Technology (IIHT), India’s leading technology training organization. He has successfully steered IIHT into a consistently profitable organization. Keshav is also credited for pioneering the growth of IT & Hardware training in India. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in electronics & communication engineering from Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology, aligned to the Bangalore University.

Ms. Moumita Sen Sharma


Moumita Sen Sarma, A Chartered Accountant by training, has served the Financial Services sector for the last 21 years in several capacities. Till March 2010, she served as the Vice President & Head of Microfinance and Sustainable Development at ABN AMRO Bank in India as well as a Board Member of ABN AMRO Foundation and prior to that, worked at American Express Bank and SRF Finance. Ms Sen Sarma currently serves the not-for-profit sector as a Board Member of Isha Institute of Inner Sciences (USA).She has been a frequent speaker at conferences on both Microfinance and Sustainable Development in India and abroad (EU: World Bank/IFC, Tallberg, WEC, Ethical Corporation, Women’s World Banking among others). Ms Sen Sarma trained at Price Waterhouse Coopers for her CA and is a Graduate in Physics from the Presidency College, Chennai.

Ms. Akiko Yamanaka


Professor Akiko Yamanaka is the former Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs, Japan and former Member of the House of Representatives. She is also visiting Professor at the Graduate School of International Media and Communication, Hokkaido University (International Negotiation Strategy), and visiting scholar at the Japan Institute of International Affairs.

HRH Prince. Diego Massimiliano De Giorgi


Diego Massimiliano De Giorgi is an expert in public affairs, strategy consulting, and public diplomacy and has served in a variety of positions working with clients from a wide range of industries. Diego Massimiliano is an advisor to the FDR Center for Global Engagement at Harvard College and to the Public Diplomacy Collaborative at Harvard Kennedy School. Working across the public and private sectors, Diego Massimiliano has managed highly sensitive and strategic consulting engagements for multinational companies and governments. He has been a strategic advisor providing business intelligence and political risk analysis at Glencore International, Dewey LeBoeuf, Morgan Stanley Smith Barney and Denton Wilde Sapte. He was also a public affairs assistant at Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton.

Mr. Joe Hsu


Hsu was born in Tainan City, Taiwan. He graduated from Kanagawa University, Faculty of Economics. He is the Executive V.P. at TAIWAN Association for Poverty Alleviation; also the CEO at AROUND SCHEMENT PUBLIC RELATIONS INC and Chairman at I SAY TEC LTD. He is also a Film producer & Investor at ART BASIC INTERNATIONAL LTD and is a teacher at Daojiang High School.

Dr. Goverdhan K. Goud


He is a Social Worker by training with 15 years of work experience in program design, management, monitoring, and evaluation of healthcare programs. He has extensive experience in policy advocacy, stakeholder management, developing information systems, strengthen routine program data quality and reporting, and establish M&E systems for large scale projects in India and in Asia Pacific Region.

Mr. Himanshu-Gulati


Deputy Chairman of Watec Solutions, Norway Himanshu Gulati is a Member of Parliament in Norway. Aged 30, he is one of the youngest MPs in Norway. For the past three years he served as a deputy minister in the Prime Minister`s Office. He has also served as deputy law minister of prior to this. Gulati has directed a feature film which was shot in India, yet to be released. He is also involved in several other initiatives besides his political career. He joined the Watec Solutions team in December 2017.
